You’ll collaborate directly with our Founder and agency teams to identify new opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and deliver marketing solutions that turn prospects into long-term partners.
Position Summary:
This foundational role will drive market expansion by identifying and targeting cross-sector B2B and B2C opportunities, with a focus on industries such as industrial services, multi-location businesses, and property management. The ideal candidate will lead new client acquisition efforts, help shape sales materials, and contribute to the broader marketing strategy, aiming to generate approximately $600,000 in new revenue within the first year.
About the Role:
As the company continues its growth trajectory, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to lead efforts in expanding our client base and driving new revenue. This is a key strategic role focused on developing high-value client relationships, increasing market share, and fueling long-term success.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll co-develop strategic sales plans, craft compelling proposals, and convert qualified leads into long-term partners. Your ability to understand client needs, convey the value of integrated marketing services, and navigate complex sales cycles will be crucial.

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with the Founder to create and execute a new business acquisition strategy.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across B2B and B2C sectors.
Leverage company strengths in key verticals (e.g., industrial, multi-location, property management) to grow revenue.
Craft and present custom proposals that address specific client needs and requirements.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and messaging to support outbound sales.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the full cycle from prospecting to contract close.
Support the refinement and evolution of internal sales processes as the organization scales.

What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in business development, ideally in a marketing agency or professional services setting.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
Strategic thinking and confidence in developing persuasive sales proposals.
Strong understanding of how to communicate marketing value to executive-level decision-makers.
Experience in or knowledge of industrial, multi-location, or property management sectors (highly desirable).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
