Account Supervisor

Join Our Integrated Agency Team

We’re hiring an experienced Account Supervisor to help lead integrated communications across our agency partners. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of digital, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing end-to-end delivery of integrated brand experiences.

You’ll work across a range of sectors and touchpoints – from campaign strategy to final execution – spanning social media, e-commerce, websites, influencer, experiential, and in-store. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, connecting strategy, creative, and execution with seamless oversight.

The work:

  • Manage and execute integrated marketing projects, with a strong focus on digital touchpoints (paid digital/social, influencer, e-commerce, websites, CRM) and always-on organic social end to end ensuring content is in line with brand strategy and client/brand objectives.

  • Own timelines and budgets for all assigned projects ensuring adherence to scope and milestones including resourcing of internal teams and external vendor management.

  • Lead organic social content creation process including overseeing all creative content development and production, liaising with community managers, quarterly reporting and collaboration with media agency.

  • Write and deliver compelling briefs and presentations that align with channel best practices and client objectives.

  • Ensure creative and media are aligned for maximum impact across platforms.

  • In partnership with the Social Media Manager, oversee influencer campaigns from program concept to execution.

  • Analyze performance across digital channels, drawing meaningful insights and recommending optimizations.

  • Contribute to experiential and activation projects (e.g. new brand launches, retail events, contests) as needed.

  • Lead effective cross-functional interaction with internal teams, clients and external partners.

  • Support the Digital Content Director with agency initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Account Management within an integrated or digital agency setting.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and projects across creative, strategy, media, and technology.

  • Deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, tools, and production workflows.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital retail ecosystems.

  • Fluency in digital analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights that guide creative and strategy.

  • Highly organized with excellent project and time management skills.

  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience working with FMCG or consumer brands is a bonus.

  • Experience using Netsuite is an asset.
