As a marketing leader, you’ll lead the development and execution of a robust sales marketing process that accelerates revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with deep expertise in building scalable marketing strategies, elevating brand presence, and supporting cross-functional business goals. In this role you will:
Lead and evolve marketing strategy across demand generation, brand, and creative to align with business goals and sales targets.
Oversee demand generation efforts to drive qualified pipeline through email marketing, campaign automation, lead scoring, and segmentation. Align closely with sales to support outreach and conversion goals.
Shape brand and creative strategy, ensuring messaging, voice, and tone are consistently executed across all channels and assets. Work closely with content teams to tell the story with clarity and impact.
Own social media and digital advertising strategy, working with in-house talent and agency partners to expand reach, engage target audiences, and drive demand.
Build structured reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, track marketing-sourced pipeline, and share insights with sales, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Create and oversee the development of marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and collateral tailored to key audience segments.
Define and report on marketing KPIs that demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. Use data to continuously improve strategy and performance.
Own the marketing budget and ensure high-impact investment through vendor management, agency oversight, and performance tracking.
Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and content to ensure alignment across go-to-market efforts, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Lead and mentor a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What Sets You Up for Success:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role executing sales-aligned marketing strategies and overseeing demand generation, brand, and digital strategy
