Our client is an established and profitable Canadian B2B technology company with a sophisticated software platform serving specialized member-based organizations across North America.
The company is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help execute and improve the marketing programs that support its next stage of growth. Working closely with senior leadership, Sales and Product, this person will be responsible for turning business priorities into effective campaigns that generate awareness, engagement and qualified opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for a B2B marketer who combines strong execution with thoughtful decision-making. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple channels, using data to understand what is working and continuously improving marketing performance.

Play a key role in executing and improving the company’s growth marketing programs.
Work closely with senior leadership and Sales to translate business priorities into effective marketing campaigns.
Help strengthen lead generation and create a more consistent flow of qualified opportunities.

What You’ll Own
Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline growth.
Build and manage campaigns across email, search, LinkedIn, content, webinars, events and other relevant channels.
Develop lead nurture and follow-up programs that help move prospects through the buyer journey.
Work closely with Sales to understand target audiences, lead quality and campaign priorities.
Monitor campaign and funnel performance, identify what is working and recommend opportunities to improve results.
Support the development and refinement of messaging and campaign content for key customer segments.
Manage and continuously improve the company website as a lead-generation and conversion tool.
Coordinate marketing activity around conferences, industry events and webinars, including promotion and follow-up.
Manage CRM and marketing automation activities, including campaign tracking, lead management and reporting.
Partner with Product, Account Management and Sales on campaigns, collateral, customer insights and sales enablement.
Test new channels, messages and campaign approaches, using performance data to determine what should be expanded, adjusted or discontinued.
Remain hands-on in execution while helping bring greater structure, consistency and measurement to the company’s marketing activity.
What We’re Looking For
You are a hands-on B2B marketer who understands how marketing activity connects to lead generation, pipeline and business growth.
You are comfortable moving between planning and execution. You can understand the objective behind a campaign, recommend an approach, put the work into market and evaluate whether it delivered the intended result.
You know how to communicate with practical, relationship-driven customers. You write clearly, avoid unnecessary jargon and adapt your message to the audience in front of you.
You are curious, resourceful and willing to test new ideas, while using data and customer insight to make informed decisions.
Must-Have Experience
3+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience within SaaS, software or technology.
Hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation or digital marketing.
Experience planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience supporting lead-generation programs and working with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline contribution.
Experience using campaign and funnel data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience creating or supporting customer-facing messaging, campaign content and sales collateral.
Experience managing or contributing to website initiatives, with an understanding of UX, customer journey and conversion.
Broad experience across B2B marketing channels including digital, email, search, content, events and CRM.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment where planning and execution sit close together.
Comfortable taking ownership of programs and working independently while collaborating closely with leadership and other teams.
Nice-to-Have Exerience
Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM).
Experience marketing into specialized, relationship-driven or member-based industries.
Experience supporting conferences, trade shows or industry events.
Benefits
Target base salary: $80,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus performance-based bonus.
Compensation will be calibrated to the candidate’s experience and demonstrated strength across the core requirements of the role.
