Ari Aronson is passionate about making a difference in peoples’ lives and the digital marketing world. As Founder and Executive Recruiter of Ari Agency, he’s worked with dozens of award-winning advertising agencies and marketing departments to recruit and build highly successful teams.
Almost two decades of experience in the Canadian media and advertising industries have helped to solidify Ari’s love for digital media. Prior to launching Ari Agency in 2006, he held leadership positions with two global digital ad agencies: as Director of Global Business Development at Organic, and Vice President, Managing Director at Critical Mass. He’s also served in the combined roles of Director of Online Sales and Associate Publisher with Rogers Media, and worked for ad agencies DMB&B and Ryan & Deslauriers Design and Marketing.
In his limited free time, when he’s not shaping the minds of future business leaders as a Program Advisory Board member for Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Interaction Design, you can find Ari hitting the ice at weekly beer-league hockey match-ups, catching a Habs game in his old Montreal stomping grounds, or searching Toronto’s Leslieville for the next big gastronomic sensation.
